SERVICES

Recovery Aligned offers comprehensive wrap around services to those struggling with co-occuring or mental illness.

Our individually designed treatment plans and services offer the necessary support to develop an independent and successful life after treatment.

ASSESSMENT

The first required step in becoming a client is a comprehensive in home assessment. The assessment last several hours and covers a variety of topics. Our Founder Karen Parmenter who is an experienced therapist has over a decade of experience in treating the severely mentally ill, will come to your home to complete the necessary assessment.
The full assessment will take into account, physical and mental conditions, current and past treatment experiences, current and past medications, a fully family history, a full use history of non prescribed medications or drugs, a suicide assessment, and goal assessment. From this comprehensive workup Karen and her team will evaluate the potential clients needs and determine the best licensed professional to work with their case.

BEYOND THERAPY

While intensive therapy is effective and necessary for treating deep issues, we have found it to provide secondary or supportive therapy for daily life. Our skilled and licensed team work with each of their clients on overcoming daily struggles and obstacles. These therapies can be addressing relationship, motivational, self worth and value, anxiety, depression, and a host of other conditions. We have found that being able to address issues as they arise on a daily basis, allows for dramatically effective results.

If an underlying issues is uncovered that requires detailed focused therapy better suited with a more progressive therapy track such as DBT or EMDR our team will setup, and transport to necessary sessions. In addition they will help to process the results of each session.

24/7 CRISIS SUPPORT

We understand that crisis doesn’t always occur between 9 and 5. In fact most of the time its at night and on the weekends. These crisis situations can often derail months and years of progress. Our team understands the importance of dealing with, discussing and assessing these crisis related events in real time. This is why we offer 24/7 support to our clients.

Day or night each client will be able to get in contact with their care provider. We will provide real time assessment of the crisis and if necessary will work with the necessary outlets to prevent significant outcomes. This support is the backbone of our services making us far different from any other IOP or therapy service available.

ONE SOURCE OF INFORMATION

Each team member will work with all outside providers involved in the clients care. This includes physicians, phycologist, additional therapist and any other professional assisting in their care. We will receive weekly updates from each provider and include it in our notes.

Each week families will receive, if they like, comprehensive progress notes. These notes will include detailed interaction with the client by our team weather by phone or in person. These notes will outline progress, regression and struggles the individual is facing. We believe in transparency and this allows you to see just how detailed of care your loved one is receiving.

DAILY INTERACTION

Each licensed professional will work with their clients on a schedule for visits. These visits frequency and length will vary based on the needs assessment and the families wishes but will range from 20 hours a week to 40 plus hours of in person time. As every individual is unique so are their needs.

During these visits a variety of activities will take place including; therapy, drug testing and levels monitoring, grocery shopping, nutritional guidance, medication checks, straightening up of living quarters, and an outing. By coming to the home we are able to tackle a variety of daily struggles individuals find themselves facing. This wrap around service takes into account all aspects of life for the client.

BUILDING A FUTURE

A primary goal for our team is to develop hope of an independent future. While for some clients this will still require minimal support, we believe that many individuals are able to live happy, productive and fulfilling lives. Through vocational support, socialization activities and volunteer ventures we will engage clients in activities that are new for them and outside their traditional comfort zone.

Self confidence and self value are key for continued recovery and stability. Through well monitored and slow steps our care professionals will work with their clients to identify goals and far exceed them.
